Deborah M. Gardner, MEd, LMFT-S, LPC-S, NCC
I have a Masters of Education in Counseling. I am a licensed professional counselor supervisor as well as a licensed marriage and family therapist supervisor. My Bachelor’s degree is from Texas Wesleyan in elementary education with a psychology minor and a certification in kindergarten and early childhood special education. I worked 30+ years in education as a teacher, counselor and lead counselor. I have worked in private practice and with court mandated families, in a mental health hospital setting with inpatient and outpatient units as well as supervising students working on their degrees. I currently supervise LPC and LMFT Interns in my own practice in Arlington. My area of expertise is working with the individuals, family, children and parenting. I have presented numerous programs to parents and professionals. I am a member of several professional organizations. I feel that life long learning is essential to a healthy life.
Angela Stickels--has a Masters in Counseling from Amberton University. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor Intern licensed by the Texas State Board of Examiners of Professioal Counselors and is working towards full licensure under the supervision of Deborah Gardner, LPC-S. She is also a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor. She has worked in an adult out-patient hospital setting. She is currently working on her EMDR certification as well as trauma counseling.

My goals in working with clients are based on exploring choices and solutions. Navigating life in today's world can be complicated. I strive to provide a safe and accepting environment for clients in order to encourage development of self awareness, and strategies to give you positive outcomes as you progress through life's stages.
I come from a psycho-educational and solution focused base. I have worked with children, teens and families for over 30 years. It is possible for you to achieve positive outcomes for youself, your family and your personal relationships.
